Not to toot my own horn (yes to toot my own horn) but I absolutely nailed it this time. Totally worth having to start cooking since 9 am.

Homemade pork ramen soup with mushrooms, softboiled eggs and chives. The broth is made entirely from scratch (main broth ingredients: carrot, onion, garlic, bacon).
