As much as it pains me that Italia won’t be in the World Cup again, I thought this post from Twitter was a clever twist on the disappointment. Note, while not perfect in the treatment of LGBTQ+ communities, Italy does recognize same-sex marriages - but still calls it a domestic partnership.
