I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Lars Ulrich, a far more annoying guy than James Hetfield, doesn't like his politics either.

Today I learnt that 'clown school' is real and not an idiomatic expression

Devastating: I finally watched the movie where Clint Eastwood has a pet monkey and somehow it wasn't as fun as I thought it would be. :(

The way Fielder and Holmes are shot reminds me of the close-ups of Cruise and Hoffman in the M:I-3 trailer. Real intense "he's finally met his match" stuff.

There's more visual inventiveness in a random episode of 'Columbo' than in most modern American movies.

RIP Sam Neill. 'Possession' was a great film, and I loved this mad interview quote.

watched 'The Hit' (1984) recently. Easy to forget that Stphen Frears used to make movies that were a little more hard-edged than they are now, and he was once quite the arranger of sublime images.

'No Other Choice' is great, of course. Even in the moments without gags, I found myself laughing because of the sheer cleverness of its camera angles and scene transitions. There are things Park is doing here as virtuoso as Spielbergo and De Palma.

The best thing about Linklater's 'Nouvelle Vague' is Bresson gets an MCU-style fan service cameo.

"Friends" is a beloved American sitcom that aired from 1994 to 2004, following six young adults—Rachel, Ross, Monica, Chandler, Joey, and Phoebe—living in New York City. The show explores their friendships, romances, careers, and personal growth over ten seasons.

The funniest thing about Polanski's 'The Tenant' (1976) is he tried to make Isabelle Adjani look as strange-looking as everybody else, but instead she looks like a hot nerd.

The blocking in Shinoda's 'Pale Flower' (1964) is so good, I was engrossed by this Japanese card game despite having no idea what was going on.

YouTube recommends you Joe Rogan and Andrew Tate videos. I get a guy who uploads film noirs and does Moviedrome-style intros while dressed as a detective. We are not the same.
