📽 Watching "A Most Wanted Man" (2014) Philip Seymour Hoffman's last film before we lost this great talent. Robin Wright's performance of an American CIA officer is a prescient warning. All the characters are misguided in thinking they are doing the right thing. Hoffman's performance is his best IMHO

Saw "The Life of Chuck" yesterday at Trinity Theatre, and I'm still in an other-worldly state. It's not just a film that you think about. It's a film that you feel. Mark Hamill deserves an Oscar, as does Chiwetel Ejiofor. Solipsism came to mind as I watched. #film.bsky

Serious split in our community cinema over tonight's screening of The Salt Path. Many of us, including myself loved the acting, the story, and the filming. The other half who had followed the backstory were scathing. All in all, a sold out audience and catering racked it in towards the DCP projector
