Whenever I'm unfortunate enough to see a picture of Andrew Tate, I'm reminded of those annoying & angry looking pus-filled boils we get occasionally. You know, those angry boils that seem to grow and pulsate, feeling like they'll burst at just the wrong moment. That's what Andrew Tate reminds me of.

Doctor Who - the new era with Eccleston 2005 was IMHO brilliant, as was Tennant. The storylines just seemed to tire as the show progressed. No personal criticism of any of the actors playing the Doctor - they all brought something unique to the role. It just felt it had run it's course for me.

Happily, no such issues now, thankfully. I still have a duvet but now have double glazing and central heating (even if I can't always afford to put it on). I kept that continental quilt for years, it reminded me how much my dad (and mum) cares for me. 😊

Spalding?! I grew up near there and I only knew it as a mini Holland. Who knew what delights were available in the Tulip Bulb Auction Hall. Maybe that's where the Move got their 'Flowers in the Rain' idea from. 🌷💐 🤷‍♀️🤔

What an absolute delight. I've only had one cat who was 'red -flagged' on her veterinary file, and that was tuxie girl, Sophie. The vet was very cautious after having to treat my husband's hand before even looking at Sophie. 🤣 Funny, not funny. 😹. I miss her "wanna piece of paw?" attitude.

Wonderful band who I've seen many times (but always room for another gig 😉). I remember being gob-smacked when I was at Infest in Bradford one year. I was sat in the Hilton by the window and Justin walked past. The second time I waved at him like a lunatic and he graciously smiled and waved back.

One of my favourite movies. Love the Cold War / end of the Cold War storyline, the fight scenes, the actors, the cinematography and especially the soundtrack. One of those films I can watch over and over again.

No central heating and sometimes ice on the inside of the single glazed windows. Dad bought me a 'continental quilt' so I could stay cosy 🤗. Mum & dad had the electric blanket but had to switch it off before it got too hot and burnt the house down or burned into the bank acc. via the electric bill.

Perhaps these scum-bags should be made to go on a rescue or two, in the shittiest of weather and just see what these wonderful VOLUNTEERS endure in order to save fellow humans. They may learn some common selflessness and decency. My thoughts go to RNLI crew at Hastings and volunteer's family.

My mum is horrified that my cats have always been allowed on the beds (and even sharing the quilt and pillow if they choose to). Mum wouldn't tolerate animals upstairs when I was a kid. Funny, though, as her mum (my much missed nan) always allowed her cat on the beds. The cats rule in my house. 🐈‍⬛🐾
