made another darkner oc :D This trundling birdbrain uses its long proboscis to forage in nooks and crannies, but often accidentally sucks up other Darkners, most commonly Rabbicks. A group of Vaccuouses is known as a "Vaccuate". #deltarune #deltaruneoc #darkner

a creature resembling a mix between a vacuum cleaner, a pitcher plant, and a platypus. it looks vaguely bird-like. its pitcher plant-like body has a pair of clawed black and orange striped feet + a stubby tail, with a beady eye under its "mouth". it has a long proboscis emerging from the top "jaw" that resembles a black and orange stripey neck with a false head at the end with false eyes and tubulars, and the end of the proboscis sorta resembles a duck or platypus bill but flattened out the sides. it is seen "blah-ing" out other darkners from its pitcher plant mouth including a rabbick, a jigsawry, and a bloxer's head.

siphonophore - fungal float
a mushroomy creature that resembles a man o' war with false eyes on its "body" and numerous dangling filaments.
the color and eyespots may vary between individuals - theres a blue and green one for example.
if its body is damaged it deflates, but its still capable of moving in this state.
underneath its body dangles its head that resembles a backwards "5" with its 2 real eyes on it. it can scatter fungal spores that cling to prey, significantly raising their aggression but fatiguing them after a while.
its filaments extend many times the length of its body, and can unfurl to drain nutrients from fatigued prey.
it is seen displaying its predation habits on an unfortunate scavenger.
its main body including its float is about twice as tall as a slugcat, and several times as wide.
siphonospores are also known as "man o' spores", and they are most commonly found in sky islands and farm arrays.

Finally finished up my ref for my funky ass creature! This is Mymir, he's a basically a glorified lab experiment pulling inspiration from dragons, mice, pangolins, and maybe moles. He's easily my oldest oc, I'll have to work on the other versions of him someday. #oc #characterdesign #refsheet

This is a reference sheet for Mymir Sigurd in the form of a Portable Network Graphic. Entity utilizes He/him as pronouns and is often referred to as "Lab Rat" by those who know him.

-The first part of text is pointing towards Mymir's skull, indicating that it is his actual skull and thus is not capable of moving around to display emotion. A little fun fact is that all parts that match color with the skull are also part of his skeletal structure.

-The second blurb of text indicates that rocks and metals comprise a large portion of his diet. This is more just a fun little fact than anything actually useful.

-The third blurb of text inbetween the latter two emotions indicate that he's typically seen with his scarf on. He loves that thing. He also doesn't like how his neck looks, so this let's him hide it.

-The fourth and fifth blurbs next to the dust cloud and close up of two spines describe the nature of Mymir's electricity and blast powder.

-The sixth blurb between the wings indicates that the wings are not meant for flap. Instead they are able to become rigid and lock in place, acting more like wings on a plane.

-The seventh blurb indicates the jet function on Mymir's spine. It's used for rolling and flying. This is a fun part of the ref to spin, btw.

-The eigth blurb at the bottom indicates that the spine is made of metal and is what is actually exposed here. His scales are also just part of his bone structure, and made of rocks.

-The ninth bit explains that his eyes are independent, meaning they can move entirely separate of each other. This is a trait found in mice, apparently.

-The tenth blurb explains that his neck is supposed to look more like that little fat roll on gators. It was a little hard to illustrate, honestly, so a blurb felt appropriate.

-The final blurb explains that the tip of his tail can lock in place and is prehensile. This is actually how he stays curled up while rolling super fast, by locking his tail to his shitty little horns.

the puppet body of an iterator from rainworld named Myriad Intrusions. he resembles a rusted bronze humanoid robot in a blue shawl and diving helmet. multiple leeches are emerging from under his shawl, as well as one from out of his diving helmet. the leech's mouth gives off the illusion of an eye-light while concealed within the helmet. a leech is also seen grabbing an unsuspecting slugcat.
