Neither are common pronunciations in California, must be a regionalism, but I don't now from where. Having grown up spelling color as colour, and tire as tyre, I'm probably not the authority to point you to the region. The american dialect is a very varied one.

And so it is done, I have deleted my Facebook account of over 15 years. I feel that Meta has betrayed the early promise of the Internet. Their pursuit of profits over morals have resulted in the social and political dystopia that we find ourselves in. Goodbye Meta, I will no longer participate.
