A new poem for a new day, no matter what comes.

She will allow grief to rise and fall
Like her heartbeat on the days
When love is hard
She will not accept the unacceptable
Or allow it to harden her
She will remember through her tears
That everything worth saving
Is saveable
And that no one can be saved by another
Only loved so deeply
Their pieces might hold fast
No matter what comes
