Saw him while I was walking Juno, so we crossed the street not to get too close. Took a quick photo of him and chatted with his owner. I told him she is gonna growl if he touches her, so I lifted her lip up for him to see. He got IN THERE and she growled at him, but in Shiba fashion, never even tried to bite him. 170
