Sting here, glad you're OK Obi. Back in April, here in the crazy USA we had an earthquake and a total solar eclipse on the same day. The eclipse was boring but I barked at the earthquake. (Daddy said that didn't help, but hey, it's what I do.)

These people don't care when children are shot in their classrooms. I fear they don't care about measles either. Women died of pregnancy in Texas and they still voted Republican. The US will be a dangerous place for children in the next few years.

Yesterday Washington Post had an article about CNN ratings. CNN is claiming that their $3.99/month subscription service is going to make up for it. The people who voted because eggs were too steep are going to pay that? Does anyone know how many people are signing up for their online news?

I've been a Republican since 1980, but had to start voting for Democrats over the last decade because those who say they are Republicans don't know what a Republican is. You are a real Republican, a real American and I believe someday you will be rewarded for doing what is right.

Good question, we discuss this often, but this is regulated by the FDA and they say it is not.

And it takes time to do the testing and processing, and of course children can't donate. I agree, it isn't a nice story.

The story is not true, but we are constantly short of O negative blood. If you are either O neg or O pos we would love for you to donate (as long as you are not a child.)

Children are not allowed to donate blood. The cut offs are 16 or 17 depending on the state.

Wow, I just searched it. I am the medical director of a hospital Blood Bank. I do find that physicians sometimes over transfuse and I have to do the uncomfortable work of telling them to improve their practice. I use my 38 years of experience. I guarantee I do better than the jerk in that video.

I have read many heartbreaking stories since the killing, of people denied and treated horribly by United Healthcare. However, I have seen NOTHING by the company acknowledging all of this and promising to do better. I get the impression they have learned nothing and will not change.

It seems worse than bias. I think they see the truth, they are just owned by greedy corporations who are rewriting the truth. This election was swung by people who have no idea what is going on in society.

I know everyone is mad at Joe and Mika, but leading up to the election they covered it honestly. It was the mid day MSNBC people who normalized Trump and had ridiculous coverage of Biden/Harris. CNN was even worse.
