Ohhh, I like that response! I don't know if it would translate well for the older people I've spoken to, but I'll definitely use that for people around my age and younger. lol For older people, I say, "I just draw stuff that people like and their pets!" That gets some positive reactions. lol

Someone asked if they could see my work one time, and I showed them a piece I did of a clothed, female furry. They immediately said, "Why does that dog have boobs??" I said, "Because... she's a female?"

LOLLLL YES. I always DREAD this conversation. Just the other day, I saw a lady I used to work with, and she asked me where I was working now. I said, "Oh, I work from home as a freelance artist. :D" She asked, "Cool! What kind of art do you do?" I said, "Errr. Uh..... I draw peoples'... characters!"

YEAHHH... I haven't experienced that with an artist yet, but I have experienced that with FB pages/groups! It will start out great, with relevant material, but then it veers off into unrelated ad posts or just unrelated posts in general. ; _ ;

Every artist should be able to post whatever they want whenever they want so long as it makes them happy. :3 If a follower grows tired of their posts, they can simply ~unfollow them~ I don't mean that sarcastically. I have unfollowed pages on FB because they start posting irrelevant stuff. Simple~
