I don't think she'd cover up the burn scars, she's too sky-eyed, she'd be like "I fought the Straka and WON" and correctly believe she looks kickass. Adequate care from the Corrodi and centuries kept preserved gave her scars time to heal, so they're actually very faded by the time she's transported to the present. You can actually see in her official art that she has little braids in her hair (like young Marya) and I think she keeps these. Vast majority of her scars are normotrophic (discoloration only), only the worst are hypertrophic (raised).
