These were all done with a .2, I wouldnt allow myself to even try without one lol. I got it right before starting to print these. And yeah, mini's are really only done with resin printing. FDM is just not gonna be cute. I live in an apartment though, so I cant do resin yet lol

They really are. I wish 3d printing at this scale would capture all the details that she put into the final pictures, but she even worked with me and sent me the actual PSD files so I could strip them down to just linework and make SVGs out of them myself. (yay 3d printing requiring vectors lol)

Any of you bears good with making vector art for mini tokens for MTG? I'd like to avoid debasing myself by using AI. I make a lot but I'm an engineer, not an artist. Here's an example of a treasure token color scheme I was trying to decide between. (The right side won.)

This is a box I DID design from scratch tho to hold them. I am making boxes on a "per deck" basis and this one is for Teysa Karlov. She's token heavy, obv, so she gets the bigger one. I've got a smaller variant I use for decks like Toph where it's more incidental.

I sure do! The tokens aren't my design but I alter them greatly and tbh it's just a form factor thing at this point. It takes four tokens to equal the size of a single card on a mat, so they are great for saving space.

I've been eating shirtless and a drop of some sauce will drip on my chest and the hair held up said droplet. It made me realize I'm hairier than most lol. (Ignore the bald patch, I just had surgery and they shaved me for the leads 😤)
