Way of the Aegis Monk - A DnD5e (2014) subclass for monks that want to wield a shield as a weapon in combat. Now comes with more boomerang shield, blocking hits for others, and more!
Picture of a pdf page including rules for a dnd5e (2014) homebrew subclass that grants monks the ability to benefit from shields and use them to fight. Also adds a throwing attack, protecting others, ki-shield, and even wall of force at 17th level!

Hello again! I bring character options for D&D 2014 yet again! "Have you ever wanted to play a warrior who becomes stronger as they master the sacred relic left behind by their family? Then this is the fighter for you! You can even go for "the power was inside you all along" route

I've wanted to make a species option like this for a while. When I saw Julia's anthropomorphic jackal art, I could not believe how well it fit what I had in mind. Here's a link to her artstation post: www.artstation.com/artwork/3oKL8g
Capture of a D&D5e species traits. Anubite, an anthropomorphic jackal playable option.
Anubite traits:
Ability Score Increase. Choose one of: (a) Choose any +2; choose any other +1 (b) Choose three different +1
Size. Your size is Medium or Small. You choose the size when you select this character option.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Age. Anubites reach adulthood at age 10 and live up to 80 years.
Powerful bite. You can use your bite to make unarmed strikes. When you hit with it, the strike deals 1d6 + your Strength modifier piercing damage, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.
Tracker instincts. You have proficiency in the Survival skill.
Superior smell. You have a keen memory for smells. You can distinguish creatures and individuals by their smell, not just their appearance. This helps greatly when tracking or identifying them, but it does not mean you can’t be fooled by illusory smells.
Specialty. Anubites have differing strengths based on their habitat or role in their pack. Choose yours:
- Stalker. You have proficiency in the Stealth skill. Starting at 5th level, you can cast the pass without trace spell with this trait, without requiring a material component. Once you cast that spell with this trait, you can't do so again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast it using any spell slots you have of 2nd level or higher.
- Chaser. You have proficiency in the Perception skill. Your base walking speed increases to 35 feet, and whenever you make any jump, you can add 10 feet to the distance you cover.
- Finisher. You have proficiency in the Animal handling skill. You gain a bonus of +2 on melee attack rolls against a creature if at least one of your allies is within range to make a melee attack against that same creature, and the ally is not incapacitated.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language that you and your DM agree is appropriate for your character.Anthropomorphic Balkan jackal by Julia Martinez Baiardi. Depicts what the title suggests, image contains various poses, and an assortment of sketches for equipment and clothing patterns.

Earring of Whisper (Uncommon and Very Rare variants) - For when you need comms during a "job" I have been going over old homebrews and polishing or reworking some of them. I have to say, I am pretty happy with the entanglement mechanic on this one. #d&d #dnd #homebrew #5e #item #ttrpg
Capture of a pdf with text describing two variants of a magic item for d&d. They are earrings that characters can use to communicate at medium distances.

Eldritch Champion - Fighter subclass aka "Would you play a Fighter that absorbs the strength of their vanquished foes?" I wrote up with a silly concept and I like how it turned out. If anything, I think it makes for a great bad guy. #dnd #homebrew #subclass #5e #ttrpg

A while ago I made a fantasy version of the jedi, as a monk order in my world. After reworking it and going through the feedback, it's finally at a point where I am happy how it's turned out. Includes powers, styles, and ways to enhance your ~~lightsaber~~ ki blade! #dnd #homebrew #5e #jedi #ttrpg

I thought I might break the ice by posting three joke items I wrote a while ago. Most of the effects are harmless, as are they vague on purpose. May they bring you joy. #dnd #homebrew #ttrpg #magicitem
