recieved these amazing photos from Laurie Michelman (littlepeacegallery.com), a photographer that found one of my birds! This bird was banded in 2022 as an adult, meaning she's been alive for over four years now. she's killing it! #birds

This past week I got to band birds in the Dakotas with my roommate. What an awesome experience! I caught and banded my first pintail, wigeon, wood duck, and green-winged teal. I love this stage of life - learning and getting my "firsts". Now, back to the office! #birds #PhDsky 🧪🦆

Tried that and it didn't work. The reposts don't show in skyfeed either! I played around with some things and got them to show up. Now the problem is is that ALL my posts show up there, not just the tagged ones. SkyFeed is so hard to figure out!

@daryllmarie.bsky.social have you run into the issue of people not showing up on the feed anymore? Since the input list is max 7 days, it seems like the feed kicks people off that I added over a week ago (they're still on the list, posts just dont show).

Here's a little photo! It's not REALLY a backpack...but that's the best way to describe it since it has a harness that loops around its wings. And the nice part is that it's completely safe for the birds!
