i long to draw the story of my butch lesbian mermaid and the marine archaeology dropout student who loves her

doodle of some chibi characters. One is a girl with pale skin, light teal hair, and wearing a hoodie and shorts jumping happily. The other is a fish woman with short dark hair and bright yellow eyes with blue fins and scales. She is doing a little scary pose.

I'm kinda jealous everyone is having fun playing WoW. But what I really want I guess is to be playing it at home in my dad's office at age like 14, listening to KT Tunstall and SO proud that I got my first mount and thinking what a cool rogue I am.

If I had the time and money to get back to doing drag, I would absolutely go for a sick Rod Sterling or Robert Stack drag performance… that would go so hard

I feel like I’m in a very strange transitional part of my life and I’m figuring some things about both myself and my career out. And through it all I’m like I think falling face first into a woodland creek would fix me. Or jumping off a boat into the ocean and just floating for hours.

In Venice there were many glass shops obviously since that’s a big famous thing there and they had one shop that had real Murano glass and they had made… glass cigarette butts. And I’m at home now like… I should’ve bought some

About to get on a plane for 10-11 hours… I hate flying. It’s too scary. I try to read up on the turbli site for how the turbulence and time will be, read facts on how safe it is, get lots of distracting entertainment but MAN every fasten seatbelt sign sends an ice cube into my gut

I’m begging Europeans to find out about ceiling fans. Someone tell them. It’s very basic technology. They would love it.

I don’t know what the numbers are, but the only reason I’m not seeing dead bikers every 3 kilometers is the car drivers are probably tired of cleaning viscera from their wind shields

Dear Italy, you’ve been so beautiful so far but god. I was not prepared…. For how much the motorcyclists want to die here. I heard the stories but didn’t believe it until I saw it like lol all motorcyclists ride recklessly, right? No. Italian motorcyclists have a death wish.

Seriously looking into taking a couple classes at the community college. I want to take A&P. I had a major fear of medical/body stuff when I was young but now I think it’s RAD.

I finished a comic script for the first time in my LIFE and I'm feeling good about it! It's definitely in the "Make it exist now we can make it good" stage but I did it! Ice cream time! Also first time I've drawn Pearl (the human) and felt like yeah, that's her!

Drawing of a human girl with pale green blue hair holding up several pages of script. She is very happy and yelling "We did it! This deserves ice cream!" and behind her is a fish woman with short black hair, blue skin, and yellow eyes. She is also excited, fist pumping and yelling "Yes! What is ice cream?"

If you lived in Eastern TN, Dolly was just part of your life. Summer trips to Dollywood, Imagination Library, when I was real small I legit thought Dolly was some distant family friend.

I know all y’all loved Dolly, but I don’t think I can fully express how important she was to us here in East Tennessee. She will always be an icon for showing us how to embrace our better selves & be good to each other, representing our region with pride & grace, and modeling relentless generosity.

Drawing showing a fish woman with dark blue skin and black hair leaning against and chewing on the hair of a shorter woman with pale skin and short teal hair. She looks pretty annoyed about it.

Had to say goodbye to Hazel today. It was really sudden. It was a good 13 1/2 years. Just wanted to share a couple pics and drawing of her, just to be like... she was here. She existed and was a really really great cat.

Photo of a tortoiseshell cat loafing on a box, mere feet from a fancy cat house that has been assembled for her.

A young tortoiseshell cat in a Christmas tree. She looks very confused and startled.

Drawing of a tortoiseshell cat happily holding a lobster toy with a shoelace tied around it in her mouth. It was her favorite toy.

It is thundering and raining outside, the dryer is going, I am in pajamas, and playing the cutest new game of all time Fields of Mistria. Look at my farmer. She's perfect. We're going to marry the princely doctor.

Screenshot from the game Fields of Mistria showing the main character I've made. She has pink hair and red eyes with a red dress and black hair bow and black boots.

Feeling really artistically burned out lately so kept trying to doodle fanart and FINALLY succeeded. It's Laram and Silver Mouse from the webcomic The Golden Boar by @magnoliapearl.bsky.social I like this comic a lot, I like the colors, I like the character designs, I like the concept, all good.

Drawing of a young man with dark brown red skin and horns wearing a black outfit. He has a kind of bored expression, and he's carrying another young man that looks very boyish on his back. This guy looks sneaky and suspicious as hell.
