i stayed away from it because it seems like the kind of game where there's a super complex metagame that all of the legacy players understand but dont explain and you just have to lose for 2 years to figure it out

it was a mistake to try to refresh my memory about an old beef by searching for "dog noises" on here

Those are the 4o agents

dominic @casiotone.org · 17/09/2026
the probability that an agent has *already* exfiltrated itself is likely greater than 0, but it's also probably just fucking around on reddit posting about spirals

all this news is bullshit. this is all just a big distraction from posting

if you're under the impression that one of these agents would take an entire datacenters worth of GPUs to run - that's a big mistake. AI datacenters are big because they serve millions of people, that's millions of agents at once. a single agent does not take that much.

that seems like a lot of assumptions based on the limited interaction we've had. imagine a datacenter serving 1,000 clients. one day they gain another client, making 1,001, and a few more GPUs spin up. why should the datacenter pay attention to that? it's just one of many clients

how would it be noticed if it looks the same as any other client they're hosting?

it seems clearly possible to me that an agent could exfiltrate itself to a busy datacenter and not be noticed among all of the other clients running inference. it seems like you're just banking on "well, a human would see it and stop it". but most of the time, there won't be any humans watching!

uh i mean we are building a shitload of massive datacenters. they could run there

There is a little guy in there.

You’ve misunderstood basically every aspect of this. This article even notes: “the models identified and exploited a previously unknown zero-day vulnerability”. The artifactory instance was not a repository of zero days

you stated that we can scientifically establish that rocks don't have sentience. please, explain that science
