😉 Was an indexing issue on a server. We rebuilt it from scratch and took longer than expected.

Yes. Back up now. Sorry for the issues today. Had to run some unexpected server maintenance.

Hey there. Good feedback. Yes, CashorTrade was always built with a chronological feed like social networks. But we do have some greater filters and sorting capabilities coming.

Thx. Do you have your link to share?

CashorTrade @cashortrade.org · 07/04/2026

Thanks so much. It's going to make it much easier for fans to verify the face value of a ticket from the primary, and you'll be able to transfer the ticket right in the CoT app with no need to go back and forth.

Sorry Luis. It's not personal. Just a protection service. Dm your username and we can review.

Sorry to hear. All ticket sites charge to sell, and pay out 3–14 days after an event. CashorTrade is the only one that is free to sell & pays out before, yet there is a credit limit based on trust/history w/ Trader's Protection®, our escrow & insurance service. This protects both the buyer & seller.

We did some testing with gold members for a bit and got some great feedback, and trades are now live to all users on the new app and the legacy platform has sailed into the sunset. Happy trading, folks!

CashorTrade @cashortrade.org · 30/01/2026

Yes we have a face value only policy. And that is the official face value from general on sale, not the price somebody paid on a secondary platform.

Congrats to our Phish NYE giveaway winners 🥳 Not only did they win floor tickets to YEMSG, they also scored early entry and got way up front. This is what it's all about! Thanks to everyone for entering the giveaway, and thanks for being a part of the Face Value Movement.

CashorTrade @cashortrade.org · 24/12/2025

Thanks for the feedback. The price that a fan paid on the actual primary market website without any middle man, is the face value cost of that seat and what the artist sold it for. We believe a fan should be able to sell a ticket for what it cost while making no profit.

Yup, we're excited to add more custom pages in the new year that are based on a user's location and experience in the app.

CashorTrade @cashortrade.org · 22/12/2025

Thanks for the feedback. Can do, yet that is the listing drawer, so you're already on the page for that artist and the event page as well. I'll task it for review.

The Face Value Movement on The Simpsons ☝️ Homer’s struggle to get face-value tickets for his daughter is one we know all too well. You’re ready for the on-sale, and then within minutes tickets are sold-out and going for ten times face value from scalpers and brokers. Join the movement and sign up!

Honored to have you as part of the #facevalue community.

CashorTrade pays out faster than any ticket platform. Including before the event for most events. Payouts push out each night, on business days. Sounds like you’re right on schedule but the bank holiday pushes it back a day.

Sorry you didn’t get score. Likely the seller accepted someone right away. TBH, we like sellers waiting for more to enter, but we do leave it up to them. The alternative is a click-n-buy site where only the first person scores every time, and allows brokers and bots to win.

000

CashorTrade @cashortrade.org · 28/10/2025

We support fans selling their tickets for what they purchased it for on the primary with no profit. Users can use the tools to filter out alerts for platinums so they don’t have to see them. But I hear you in the crusade against platinum.

020

CashorTrade @cashortrade.org · 28/10/2025

It’s the price the artist sets.

000

CashorTrade @cashortrade.org · 28/10/2025

Totally! We partnered with The Cure for that run! Sold a bunch of tickets at face.

110

CashorTrade @cashortrade.org · 28/10/2025

I hear ya. They are expensive. Yet it’s the price the artist has set for the seat. The artist can choose not to use it I believe.

100

CashorTrade @cashortrade.org · 28/10/2025

Why? Nothing has changed here. Same model and tools since 2009.

000

CashorTrade @cashortrade.org · 28/10/2025

Ok. Many feel that they should be able to purchase from the primary for what the seat costs, and sell it at no profit. Seems valid. Ie 3rd row ticket to Beyoncé that’s $700 or 400 level for $60. Regardless of section or seat, it is what the fan paid on the primary with no scalper as the middle man.
