And when I went to refill the bobbin, I ran out of thread. So those are on hold until I get more tomorrow and I’ve moved on to cutting the next set. This time I did the pieces on the fold on their own and folded the rest of the fabric the other way to make it much easier to fit everything

Overestimated my speed abilities and thought I could finish the bottom during my mom’s PT today. Still managed to get 1/2 of the section done, which means I should be able to finish during her next appointment and move on to the sleeves.

Turns out I was angrier at the machine than I thought, so I put this project down for the weekend and got back to it yesterday. Until I sewed the whole inseam and only sewed half the inseam because I ran out of the bobbin thread and put it away for the night

Started a rather large sewing project. Not by size, but by number of pieces. I’m making my mom stretchy shorts, and she wants 3 pairs of each color since I was able to make 3 pairs from the black to test for size. I will not comment on how long it took me to lay these pieces out to make them fit.

Found a fundamental flaw in using chain for the keychains: it snaps rather easily with any amount of pressure. So I’ve taken them all down from my shop and am fixing them up to be much stronger
