@danyork @internetsociety Congratulation! Feels and looks very good. And is interesting, too. I enjoyed the maybe shortest privacy policy ever and found only one minor CSS fun to look at.

We have the call for testing up: Call for testing: WordPress community groups on events.WordPress.org.

Looking forward to y'all's feedback and excited to collab!

Frustrating first impression of #WordPress 7.0 (beta-3), that disallows me editing a post, with no chance to get around. Collaborative editing seems to be a problem, if you try to work on your own.

Connection lost error in the new WordPress 7.0 editor.

I thought people behind #wordpress are trying to do better than the 🍍🍕🤡. But it’s happening again, a comment of mine is deleted for no reasons and without any communication. It’s annoying!

A comment of mine on the developer.wordpress.org blog. The post is looking for writers and I responded that I’d be happy to restart contributing, but not one someone’s personal website.

My #WordPress priority for 2025: Finding a way to contribute, without doing anything on Mullenwegs personal website. Antworten

Wp.org is asking in a YouTube poll, what are the top priorities for 2025. The image shows this poll with my comment added. „Prio 1: Finding a way to contribute, without doing anything on Mullenwegs personal website.“

A while ago I learned what sock-puppets are, which I hadn’t heard about before, even we are doing #puppetry. @ipstenu used this often, when blogging about the endless tales of #WordPress plugin reviews. Today I saw a sock-puppet in the wild, the first time and […] [Original post on dewp.space]

One year ago Chris Pearson speculated about the cannibalism of future open-source projects, especially #WordPress. It’s so sad, he was more than accurate in his prediction. www.youtube.com/watch?v=qCGp0N-IuEs

Matt stated that #WordPress plugin authors should get all the tools to create cool plugins. While I wait, I’m trying it on my own to create a code-reference with well-known UI and using #Playground. And once again, for the super-duper-cool #GatherPress plugin (which you should absolutely try).

Rich Tabor just recently released his dark-mode toggle #WordPress #block into the wild. Have a look, it’s a nice little plugin. rich.blog/dark-mode-toggle-block

Me asking Rich Tabor within the comments of his blog: „Hello Rich,
do you mind adding your `tabor/appearance-toggle` block to the public as well?

i would really appreciate using it in the wild.
Best Carsten“

And Rich Tabors reply:
„Sure thing! I just published it.“
