I still need a lot of practice with perspective. Cal has a smooth, featureless region of underbelly where one's junk would normally be. In fact I kind of like drawing him in a way where his torso pretty seamlessly transitions into his tail.~

Yep, figured it was somethin' like that. I noticed red flags while we were still on speaking terms, but wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, especially since he'd otherwise been amiable towards me. It's always disappointing when gnawing doubts like that are proven right.

Experimenting with the idea of Cal with a different n' stockier body type, without the avian-like feet n' arms. 100% fluff w/ beans!!! He has a more stern/mature appearance, but trust me, he's still the same goober on the inside. I swear his tail gets longer n' thicker every single time I draw him

Trying to figure out some anatomy stuff for doing a fursona update. End-goal of crafting a new ref sheet. He's supposed to be able to seamlessly swap between moving on two limbs or all four comfortably -- and I feel like long arms/tail would convey that nicely. (Plus better hugs!)
