Any materia below the current ones (so generally II to X) is IMO best just sold for shop selling prices. You can try to upcycle them with mutamix but it really isn't worth it. Best you'll get on MB is 200 while they sell for 150 to the shops. Materia I is often worth a lot more though so MB that
