So happy to share our paper! We tackle a long-standing question: what shapes dominant microbiome signatures? Using synthetic gut communities, we uncovered a synergy between Enterobacteriaceae and dietary components that promotes Segatella copri in gut microbiomes. www.nature.com/articles/s41...
