I also think it looks like Galerina. The rusty brown ring on the stripe makes me think this could be its spores. Galerina has rusty spores, whereas most Mycena have white spores

Amanita persicina. Also called the “Peach-Colored Fly Agaric”, this eastern North American mushroom can sometimes be found growing in mycorrhizal association with the Loblolly Pine. When the sunlight hits them, their pearlescent sheen becomes apparent. 🍄
