As a retired pharmacist. I took my obligation to follow HIPAA regulations as gospel. For 45 years I never disclosed any protected health information. It was a firing offense. But first one must know one’s job requirements. This “chat” by secdef is stupid, clueless, and inexcusable. Fire them all.
