Watching highlights from Kinoshita Group Cup with the baby and she was *locked in* for Yuna (as a baby with ✨taste✨), got wiggly for Ami & Mao (a sign of support?), lost interest for Sasha. Will report back with her opinions of the men!

NHK is the most beautiful dance lineup I’ve ever seen 😭 ESPECIALLY IF the tbd spots go to Shomarin and Rika!!! Please I beg!!! (JLB in the same event as Olivia 🤌🏻 and Olivia finally getting to go to Japan!!)

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 01/06/2026

The way she was BEAMING in the announcement video 🥹🥹 (Dare I even *whisper* 2030 ogm??)

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 01/06/2026

Majorie/Jean-Luc is REAL 😭🙌🏻 Ice dance is REAL We are so BLESSED She is BEAMING in their announcement video AND SO ARE WEEEE

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 22/05/2026

We’re going to watch them like proud parents next season just thrilled with whatever they put out (all the Japanese dance teams honestly) and then each season we’ll politely ask them to step it up another notch or two so they have a true chance at team gold in 2030!!

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 22/05/2026

What iffffff 2030 has Marin AND Rika PLUS Kostornaia Would that heal figure skating?!!

110

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 22/05/2026

I don’t even care if they aren’t good at the golden waltz. They get a free pass lol Shoma is going to look at her like she’s the air he breathes and she’s going to look at him like I know I am and that will be that!! (Also her saying “game on” is everything to me!!)

130

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 22/05/2026

And Marin has a very good shot at becoming an Olympian the way God intended 😍

SOMETIMES GOOD THINGS HAPPEN IN ICE DANCE. (JLB, your turn to announce your comeback/partnership with Marjorie plz & thx 😁)

030

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 11/05/2026

Wait and my other delusion is Carolina wants to stay in Europe to coach Kimmy Repond and Lara Naki. Yuma is going to take a year off, regroup, maybe leave his dad and find a new coach, return to Carolina and dominate. (This is based on nothing but what would personally bring me joy lol)

130

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 11/05/2026

My new delusion will be Marjorie/JLB and that they’ll consistently beat FB/C and I’m going to go look for every scrap that validates me even though I’ll probably be hurt in the end just like Yumadot OGM 🙂‍↕️

140

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 11/05/2026

But I did see speculation on Twitter that JLB might be coming back and would partner with Marjorie (I refuse to get my hopes up because that feels unlikely but can you Imagine?!) Also saw speculation that Zak might be partnering with Hannah Lim?? (I’m still sad she won’t be with Ye…)

110

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 11/05/2026

And on the same day as the announcement that Yuma isn’t working with Carolina anymore 😩

110

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 11/05/2026

What do you MEAN we’re getting a waltz RD but not the LaLa waltz I dreamed of 😭

030

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 22/04/2026

A whole short story right here!! 🔥

120

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 22/04/2026

lol just a nice urban walk masquerading as a hike!!

000

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 22/04/2026

Truly have no idea!! I suppose you could “hike” in one of the parks, but I’d imagine if you want a true hike feel you’d have to leave the city and go to a state park or the Indiana Dunes National Park?

010

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 22/04/2026

Brooklyn and Hope would also pull out some homemade cupcakes and ice cream for some gossip snacks along the way!

210

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 22/04/2026

It’s a day off from filming and Theo plans a group hike (in Chicago?? lol) Piper undoubtedly complains the whole time but also secretly enjoys it (she can’t have people thinking she likes Theo!) Brooklyn and Hope fall behind together (so they can gossip about Piper/Theo) #CampRevPit #CRPBeeMine

Black cat/golden retriever when he’s down bad is my everything 😍

110

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 22/04/2026

And you saw the cantilever lift right?!! 🔥🔥🔥 I BELIEVE IN THEM and I think they have the potential to do some really cool and innovative things because of Shoma’s height!! They’re basically forced to do things a little differently than other teams. (And the way he looks at herrrr 😍)

020

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 22/04/2026

I can’t mentally process Yuma taking time off (even though obvi want him to do what he needs to do!!) I’ve seen the take that Shomarin is different because Japan doesn’t have a big dance program yet and young skaters might be inspired to try dance if they see more singles stars going to dance!!

140

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 21/04/2026

Whyyy do final chapters take so long to write?? So close yet so far 😭

010

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 21/04/2026

We always figure it out in the end!!

110

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 21/04/2026

See I *know* the recipe — story structure and beats are in the back of my head. But I can’t be *confined* by the recipe or think too hard about the recipe ahead of time because where’s the fun in that?!!

010

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 21/04/2026

A map? Don’t know her. Me and my vague sense of direction and meandering notes will happily bop along (taking as many breaks as needed to figure out where we’re going next) and we’ll slowly but surely figure it out and get somewhere cool! #CampRevPit #CampMap

I checked and the cliff face has secret anti falling technology, so even if you lose your grip a little or you get stuck, it’ll be okay!!

110

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 21/04/2026

😂😂 Your eyes being closed makes it more fun!!

110

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 21/04/2026

But hey, at least you’re on the trail! And there are some nice rest points on the Appalachian Trail when you need them!

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 20/04/2026

This is even more fascinating then! What got you interested in Catholicism in 1749 Bavaria?!!

120

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 20/04/2026

Love the sound of this!! 😍😍

010

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 20/04/2026

“If I ever fade to black please know I’ve been body snatched” 😂😂 Also in awe of how much research you probably had to do for the historical speculative romance! 🤯

130

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 20/04/2026

I’m in Indianapolis! I needed a city where a baking competition show could theoretically be filmed and I didn’t want NYC or LA so I picked Chicago!

110

Carly Bishop @carlybishop.bsky.social · 20/04/2026

WIP I’m about to toss into the query trenches is: 1. Big city (Chicago) 2. Instant attraction (but she’s going to work *really* hard to pretend otherwise!) 3. One POV New WIP is: 1. City (Indianapolis) 2. No idea I’m a pantserrrrr and I have 1000 total words! 👍🏻 3. One POV
