Let me explain something about the upper midwest. I have lived in neighboring Wisconsin sine the early 80's. This is a harsh climate. We look out for our neighbors. "Minnesota Nice" is a cliche. The mistake that bullies always make is that nice is weakness. Minnesotans will protect their neighbors.
