To those Edpeeps who have finished or are about to … Happy holidays and we made it ! Maybe the toughest year I’ve seen in over 30 . You all deserve a wonderful, relaxing and totally time indulgent break. Take care and 🫶

National Education Crisis is todays headline Ya think ? We traded a pay rise for budget cuts and more controversial conditions that have in essence deprofessionalised our role and have deep repercussions for rural education and education as a whole.

Full Funding Matters. Albo must be the PM who cares. Tonight, reps & leaders from our P&Cs & our school communities in Inverell, gathered to put our hands up for public education & rural youth -we matter ! EVERY CHILD !

Heart and lungs ripped out, now sustained on life support measures. Dramatic ? Yes But it’s how I feel about all the changes. Particularly the consequences for regional and rural.

I’m outraged -still feeling it. I feel like the profession has died.

Thought I’d seen it all but I don’t think I’ve ever seen such rudeness and disrespect to others as I’ve witnessed online, in emails and in person -what a can of worms this whole new agreement has opened🤦‍♀️ It’s like the angst has been unleashed.
