I crunched the numbers this morning and one way I will be protesting is dropping my health insurance. For my husband and I to go private pay for what we typically need in a year is over 7k LESS than the annual premium I pay for both of us through my company.

I was walking my dog this afternoon and ran into a neighbor I've never seen before. He asked if we were the house with the anti trump flags in 2020. I got nervous but said yes and he whispered good and gave me a high 5. No longer alone in our neighborhood!!!!

I would never suggest this for anyone else because I don't know your situations. I am going for the dirt cheapest health insurance this year. If we won't be able to afford co pays because everything else is so high I'm reallocating that $ to my family needs. I'm done paying them more than my mortage

I wonder at what stage do they plan to disarm the public? They will be coming for the guns for sure. I assume that is when some violence will hit hard. And not pointed at us. I am sure they are going to try.

There are 30 million + here on bluesky. i believe there are more here wanting to do good than to disrupt. Let's organize a little bit better. We can't all boycott everything but how about we break up the biggest problem businesses and commit to who we can. We can create lists to follow to help....

I love watching Lawrence O'Donnell try to contain his smirk when talking about how badly Trump and Musk lost tonight. I am shocked that 38 Republicans had the guts to go against them but I'm glad they did. I can't think of a better middle finger to those two than that.

This isn't my original idea but I think we really need to start messing with the MAGA party. I think a large number of us, particularly those they like to disenfrachize should change registration to republican. That way they will make damn sure your vote is counted. Then we vote against MAGA.

Are there any Corgi enthusiasts in here? I have a 2 year old boy I adopted 2 months ago. Sweet little guy and we adore him. He chases my cats constantly. Any tips on how to get him to stop? He is deaf so getting his attention if he isn't looking is difficult.
