Extreme playmaking ability and will make any quarterback shy away from throwing his way. ND hasn’t had a corner like him in my lifetime, and he will solidify himself as the anchor this year. 140

Williams showed speed while being able to get to the second level of a defense. He does not pose much of a passing threat but an elite running back is more important 140
