I will present some findings from my research in the legal Amazon on certified production: responsible industrial soy and group-certified organic small-holder fruits and veg in Brazil. I am also developing a theoretical framework on how food certification mediates trust in Latam!

Sharing an article with my first student who researched while confined at work at a Youth Detention Center during COVID-19. Durante COVID-19, Salgado estuvo encerrado por turnos, trabajando con los jóvenes encarcelados en Valdivia. Vía etnografía y arte, llegó a entender los códigos de masculinidad y respeto de ellos, para proponer mejorar su participación en talleres formativos. doi.org/10.4206/rev....
