Been helping out with yardwork a little (gf has been doing most of it). About halfway done. Previous tenants had rock but was so covered with weeds, you couldn't even tell. Mostly digging it up and replacing with woodchip. Also, finally put these lights up (bought a year ago...)

I am bombarded by being asked to update on my devices and have grown to despise that red dot. It’s on my home screen, a popup when I unlock my mac laptop, a red dot inside a refresh icon in the windows tray.

Been slowly working on a cover song in Deflemask. It's been a long time since I've figured something out by ear and am a bit out of practice. Trying to match the hi-hat on the original so I'm shaping a noise to sound similar to it.

Oftentimes we don't know the reason people block, though we can prolly guess. When I get a notification someone blocked me, I block them back. In the chance they unblock me, such as the example below, they see that I blocked them back already so all they can do is block me again lol

notification that theplanetrepairman blocked me back on May 12 2025.

The first 22 seconds of this vid is PSX. Not only is the resolution wider & taller on Saturn, the city has parallax scrolling underneath that the PSX doesn't have.

^that vid is running on a MiSTer and the Saturn core isn’t perfect. Graphics are a bit glitchy and there’s a bit of slowdown in some parts. But I do have the game and console.

Carina, why do you love the Thunder Force series so much? idk, maybe because they often did some really stupid cool chit back in the dat that many shmups these days don’t even try to do. The presentation of this level alone from Thunder Force V is master class. Fight me about it

Dang, got 26 seconds instead of my usual 25. I see why, though (got slightly off path a couple times). Still wonder if 24 seconds can be achieved. Lol didn’t expect to die after beating the stage. This dual cam thing is neat. [Thunder Force II Sega Saturn Gold Pack 1 version]
