A quote that says: I was feeling pretty exhausted and burnout before I booked the mini break. I chose the location as it would give me the opportunity to visit family which I rarely get to you. The hotel and the staff there were lovely. I couldn't believe I was able to get such a great hotel through the carers break deal. I didn't do much when I was there, mooched about, sat in a cafe and read my book, but that was the whole point! The break gave me the chance to press the reset button and allow me to stop, just for a couple of days. I would highly recommend using carefree breaks to anyone who has the chance - a carer referred through Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust
