You can now pin (and unpin) fish from the bait tally window. This was a user-requested feature. NOTE: If you unpin a fish which would no longer match your current filters, upon closing the tally window, that fish is no longer displayed. #FFXIV #FF14

Some of you are confused about this new style I added. Rows in sepia mean a fish is down for more than a week. Rows in greyscale and dimmed icon are down over 4 weeks. You can disable this feature by opening the settings (gears icon top right), and unchecking the "Dim Fish on Vacation" option.

REMINDER: Purse of Riches will begin its 3 month (92 day) downtime tomorrow at 10:36AM EDT. If you miss it here, there are other windows. You still have legendary fish to catch. It'll be ok if it slips (though, yeah, will feel crappy). #FFXIV Good luck and happy fishing 🫡

If I wanted to have a custom carby plush made, where might i find folks. Looking for something with similar feel and size to the Pokémon Comfy Friends plushies. Just to give an idea of the expected scale and material. Have you commissioned similar plushies? Let me know!!

Most of you are never going to mess with this feature, but for the window testing folks in the FFXIV fishing community, I really hope this proves useful in 7.55 and beyond! It will go live, soon.

Well this was a little silly. You know how you can import settings for the fish tracker. It's super useful for importing checklists from other sites like TeamCraft or Lalachievements. So you just import them and your done right? Well, I forgot to COMMIT the changes. It's fixed now!

I have spent the ENTIRE DAY porting a migration from SaintCoinach's schemas to EXDSchema's versions... Thank GOD someone made a PR to update the SC APIs otherwise.. well... Let's just say I was about to throw stuff at least 5 times today. And no, I'm not converting my code to Rust

Neat to see other sites are finally adopting my rarity-based information. 9 years ago, I was just starting my big fish journey, and it was overwhelming then to see so many fish up at similar times. Rarity is how you make a more informed decision where to fish!
