As an adult, I am horrified and I think obvious reasons why at some point I stopped automatically listing it or talking about it without thinking. Felt gross and it was even worse because I owned physical copies of it. It just got progressively worse and I don't think I ever finished it. I remember the fanbase being somewhat niche and most lf what was floating around was out of context from people who thankfully didn't know what it actually

Recently ended up here too and trying to figure out why. Not going to let it get to me too much because it's automated and I know nothing. Even if someone is an actual problem, not everyone knows everything. Also they're a fairly popular creator a lot of people follow without interacting with often.

Yep, I've learned the hard way to trust my gut more than once. Not blaming myself, but everytime I've ignored that feeling something horrible has happened. Some call me paranoid, but I don't hesitate to disengage on top of general safety like avoiding things that could doxx me. Really appreciate

This is the main reason I try to stay as anon as possible while not opting out completely. It's not fair for me to have to remove all traces of myself and not engage with anyone while those that cause harm still get to run around doing who knows what while you aren't looking.

For context I know it comes with the territory and always has been a thing, but still not okay. I've had issues with harassment, stalking, and even people bringing it irl and vice versa. It has you always on your toes even if you're pretty sure that person isn't coming back.
