#emergency #artcomms 🚨HELP🚨 The postal strike has left me going over the original budget to send out some of the orders. I will now be short on my January rent, so I'll be sharing my art commission page & sample shots from it below for pricing. Even sketch commissions would be appreciated!

Day 18: A Thing You Made For Your Own Healing/Comfort. I made this when my husband deployed. He did every year for most of the year, and I made this to fill the domestic comfort I missed 💚 🧡 #24adventthings #bkdk #dkbk archiveofourown.org/works/334049...

Day 15: A Thing That Involved Intensive Researching/Practice Scifi-fi is outside my norm, so I did some research, and also practiced hand-to-hand combat with my husband so the combat scenario was more realistic 🤣 Mind the tags 🙏🏼 🧡💚 #24adventthings #bkdk #dkbk archiveofourown.org/works/45112438

#bkdk | short fluff | #threadfics Izuku is always on the move. Because of his #1 hero status, he's always on the move or he's always on a villain fight. His phone often gets lost, crushed, pulverised, or disintegrated into dust particles like Thanos willed it to. (1/31)

Day 13: An AU Thing #24adventthings #bkdk #dkbk My usual AU is Fantasy. As an avid lover of D&D, fantasy is satisfying for me to write. HOWEVER, Steampunk is close second. So, I proudly present Clockwork Vaudeville. (Also, give Steam Powered Giraffe a listen 😘) archiveofourown.org/works/40537221

Fantasy Bakugo -- if it's an official AU, is it really an AU? 😆Maybe Izuku wasn't a fallen angel type in the official one, but you get the idea. 😙 #bakudeku #bkdk #24adventthings

A comic page featuring barbarian Bakugo (from the My Hero Academia canon fantasy AU) and trapped angel Izuku. Izuku is trapped by a magic circle and approached by Bakugo.

Another comic page: Bakugo charges forward.

My initial sketch for the first comic page: Izuku looks more threatening / scary in his panel, but the same events occur: barbarian Bakugo approaching a trapped angel Izuku

Bakugou and Izuku dance on a stage in front of big presents, and a large Christmas tree wrapped in lights and garland.

Image is framed by a garland with ornaments, stars, stockings, and candy canes.

#24adventthings Day 5: Inspiration Six Feet Under; Please mind the tags of angst. I don't write this kind of soulmate angst often, but this song really spoke to me in terms of how to execute. Especially since the premise involves music. 🩷 archiveofourown.org/works/40649067 #bkdk #dkbk

Background is a piece of sheet music.

The most BEAUTIFUL thing out of all of this(to me) Is remembering that BNHA is a memoir. And you know what that also includes. Inserts from Katsuki's inner monologue. All I can picture now is Izuku spending years writing up how he and his friends #bkdk #dkbk

What's the quote, 'the birth of the reader must be ransomed by the death of the author'? Your belief in the story is real because you feel it. The meaning behind the text is influenced by the thoughts and experiences of the one who reads it, always. You were never wrong about how it made you feel.
