The prosecutors have taken overt, unnecessary investigative steps to affect an election! And it's a double-dip - racist AND illegal.
It's an old trump trick, "Just say you've opened an investigation, I'll do the rest." He may know there'll be no conviction, he just wants to drag them in the mud.
