CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 17/09/2026“ A lot of people come back around on second and third viewings. “ Or. A lot of people don’t even make it through the initial viewing. 100 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 17/09/2026“and you can’t really please all the people all the time.” My favourite quote from showrunners who don’t want to believe their show / episode is mostly crap. 000 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 11/09/2026Much better effort this week. Why can’t it be like that all the time? 101 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 04/09/2026Also, I think they’re going to want us to take the characters “seriously” for these last few eps, when we haven’t been able to take anything seriously up until. 000 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 04/09/2026I was so hoping for an improvement from S3, but my weekly expectations are now in the basement. 100 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 04/09/2026@neiln.bsky.social Well that was unwatchable. I gave up after the finger snap. 100 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 21/08/2026It was pretty silly. They’re really stressing the limits of the fandom. 000 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 18/08/2026@neiln.bsky.social We’re just one alien candle away from crewmembers sleeping with ghosts. 😕 001 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 16/08/2026I thought S3 was weak. But S4 to date is just “wtf”. 100 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 31/07/2026I liked that they didn’t try to explain what happened. It just “was”. It certainly kept my attention for the entire episode. 000 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 31/07/2026@neiln.bsky.social It’s like watching Star Trek Fringe or Star Trek X-Files. 😬 110 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 27/07/2026It was a pretty good episode. (Ijust finished it.) More please. I can take Spock & La’an in small doses. 000 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 23/07/2026IDK. I think nearly everyone believed that S3 was the weakest. Hopefully TPTB thought so too. We’ll see this evening. 100 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 08/03/2026@neiln.bsky.social is Auston Matthews the problem? 000 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 08/03/2026I want to like Caleb, but he sure makes it difficult. 100 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 20/02/2026@neiln.bsky.social A gay Klingon. That’s a new one I could’ve done without. 100 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 08/02/2026The DS9 music during the end credits was a nice touch. As far as cringey comedy, I get what you’re saying, but I think it’s there to show that the show is trying to not take itself too seriously. (Yes it could be done better.) Disco was way too serious. 000 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 05/02/2026This ep is about my least favorite character on the show. I get the idea around this character’s arc but …. no. 100 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 02/02/2026@neiln.bsky.social Thoughts on episode 4, or have you bailed? 100 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 23/01/2026It was a little teenagery, but I was entertained. 200 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 17/01/2026The “You’re literally sitting on the fence.” comment was pretty good. 100 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 17/01/2026I was thinking the same thing about teenaged romance. I liked the 2nd ep too. There’s enough there to keep me coming back for a bit. Hopefully we can take a break from the search for Caleb’s mom for a bit. She’ll likely be the big bad later on anyway. 000 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 17/01/2026The holo character is really getting on my nerves. 100 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 16/01/2026Yes. I liked it. I didn’t think I’d like the captain / chancellor or first officer from the previews, but I kind of do. Caleb’s “woe is me” attitude is going to wear thin quick. 100 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 15/01/2026@neiln.bsky.social Also, have you watched Andor 1 & 2? 100 0

CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 08/09/2025Now you see (although I get the “What is Starfleet” theme) I didn’t like the documentry ep. Conversely, I didn’t mind the Vulcan ep. Now that being said, there haven’t been any real stellar episodes all season. 000 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 03/09/2025Spock and Chapel could have interesting in small doses. Now Spock and La’an - please give it a rest and write better eps. 110 0
CaptMediocre 🇨🇦 @captmediocre.bsky.social · 23/08/2025It’s been a ho hum season mostly. There were a couple of good episodes. 100 0
