THE DRAMAAAAA backstory: hornet used to have a crush on wft, who rejected her in favor of dating lana, but they both broke up, and sometime between then and now hornet started crushing on lana. the yuri drama on my island goes crazy #tomodachilife

#promosky hey! i’m captjcb. i’m a multifandom artist, VA and writer who loves good stories. fandoms include street fighter, lackadaisy, star wars, deltarune, and beastars, among many others. i’m currently working on my oc story, inspired by many of the above fandoms. follow me for cool fellas!

a group drawing of the heroes of my oc universe. from left to right, they are: timon blois, sofi torres, ray pepper, mae quinn, herald banks, lori hindley, and jim raine.

a drawing of mae and jim laying in some grass.

a redraw from the beastars s1 op with ray and sofi replacing legoshi and haru, respectively.

a fight scene between herald and the main villain of my oc universe, vito moore. vito has herald by the throat, who's throwing multiple other blows in an attempt to escape his grasp.

it goes without saying that every civilization in padilia has its own military. the kingdom of serith’s military uniform is very much inspired by those of ww1 and the american civil war.

miis of the week: superman sirix (swtor oc) matt (wii sports) terry (fatal fury / sf6) #tomodachilife #miis

the good miis this week are superman, who has a 99% success rate when it comes to cheering people up, and sirix, who made an official outline on how to avoid becoming a bigot.

the bad miis this week are matt, who just hasn’t stopped being around children despite knowing multiple adults around the island (like the guy was following marcie around the island), and terry, who was revealed to be both a terrible partner to hornet AND racist towards reindeer on the same day. (i gave him a vacation ticket after the breakup and he chose to dress as a reindeer, despite there literally being a reindeer person on the island…)

exhibit five billion of this game just knowing things about the characters on the island

100

CaptJCB - 🇺🇸🇨🇦🇳🇿 @captjcb.bsky.social · 10/07/2026

also i love that superman has the best track record of helping people on the island out of their depression

100

CaptJCB - 🇺🇸🇨🇦🇳🇿 @captjcb.bsky.social · 10/07/2026

man also definitely does micro aggressions to noelle like we have a reindeer character on the island dude there’s no way this isn’t racist 😭😭😭

100

CaptJCB - 🇺🇸🇨🇦🇳🇿 @captjcb.bsky.social · 09/07/2026

ending this thread by saying hugh morris is DEAD man did NOT contribute to the island lore at all so who out of these characters should i replace him with

000

CaptJCB - 🇺🇸🇨🇦🇳🇿 @captjcb.bsky.social · 09/07/2026

i can actually see them having this exact conversation

my ocs ray and herald sitting in the street. ray says, “So, have you given love much thought?”

herald responds, saying “Love is like...a violin in the hands of an artist...”

ray says, “Oh, yes, certainly. That's certainly what love is like. For sure.”

i NEED to draw this lmao 😭😭 (also soft launching my yumeship; they’ve been dating for a month and are both at “wants to marry” status)

crystal from the usa living the dream direct and my self-insert mii on the hawaii vacation. crystal is looking at the camera, posed up, while my mii is looking behind them at the sunset

of course it chose the one street fighter character on the island that ISNT in sf6 to say that lmao (tomodachi life thread bc i haven’t done one in a while) #tomodachilife

sakura street fighter saying “I wish more people would appreciate Street Fighter 6.”

miis of the week: - duck (dhmis) - terry (fatal fury / sf6) - ballister (nimona) - sans undertale #tomodachilife

the good miis this week are duck, who braved a hurricane in the name of journalism, and terry, who saved hornet hollow knight from depression by confessing his love

the bad miis this week are ballister, who asked for a traffic light nowhere near a road, and sans, who did a very old news story about keychains (which ed, who was interviewed for that report, thought was familiar…)

CaptJCB - 🇺🇸🇨🇦🇳🇿 @captjcb.bsky.social · 06/07/2026
