Same with Nora's books and so many many more. Small and big authors. As if i didn't need yet another reason to hate ai and meta.

There's a tool where you can search for authors to see if meta stole from them to train their ai bullshit. Did a little check & yup, @cspacat.bsky.social's work also got stolen. Fuck them. Fuck ai. Fuck this. This is people's lifework. The tool is in this article: www.theatlantic.com/technology/a...

2 weeks agoI was joking with my collegues about how I was walking around on socks. My feet were cold & i'd taken my shoes off to sit on my feet & keep them warm, putting my shoes back on to get tea was too much work. They told me i needed slippers, i didn't have any. Today i found these on my desk 😂

Two soft birght purple unicorn slippers. The horn is golden and the manes are rainbow coloured. Little legs are sticking out on the sides.

It's a type of raw beef mince (without the white fatty bit). It has egg, mayo, pepper, salt, and other stuff added to it. It's also called filet americain or tartaar. Often eaten with fries. It's raw meat which might scare people, but i've never gotten sick from it and i don't know anyone who has.

Relaxing after a full day of work and reading a book and, oof, this line goes hard.

Picture of a page from a book.
The text reads: "Urgently, Leonie turned to Chinara. They didn't even need to communicatie telepathically because they both understood at once they'd made a rookie mistake. They'd underestimated a vindictive white woman."
The last line is underlined in purple.

Hi ppl who've been on bsky longer. Can someone explain what's happening? On the timeline it says "invalid handle" but on my profile it shows my handle without problem. Tnx!
