Fleet Commander's log: Saeihr-hveith 13'th of Tasmeen 1093 AS My ships have completed their patrol of the Virinat system. No anomalies to report. We also have filled our cargo hold with enough Viinerine grain to last our crews enough time until we return back here on our patrol route.
A space scene above a screenshot of the planet Virinat from the video game "Star Trek: Online". It is a lush green world of agriculture. The planet is surrounded by faint rings.

Above the planet is a space station. It looks small at this distance. In the foreground in the lower right quadrant of the image are three Romulan Birds of Prey.

My dear Kima: 61857.6 I wanted to write to you an early First Contact Day letter my beloved daughter. Work has kept me busy these months. It's been neat working on these old mothballed ships for the evacuation fleet. The good news is these ships aren't squiddled completely. Happy First Contact Day
A still from the "Star Trek: Short Treks" episode "Children of Mars".

It is a production facility on the surface of Mars. There is an arched industrial looking structure in the middle with industrial looking towers scattered around the background. There are a handful of shuttles parked in front of this facility. A few bald Androids are walking around the landing pad in red jumpsuits. Storage containers and barrels dot the landing pad as well. The sky is red-orange. Some mountains can be seen in the background.

Commander's log: Stardate 3258.6 With the Medusa in orbit, I have brought an away team down to Galix VI for a geological and metallurgical survey of this M-class planet on our route. The away team insisted that a shuttle would be necessary as some of the minerals were scrambling our transporters.
A scene at Trek's favorite filming location: the Vasquez Rocks!

In the foreground in front of the slanted cool rock formations is a Strange New Worlds-style Class F (Stamets type) shuttle on the lower right side of the image. There is a gold shirt commander standing near the shuttle nacelle. to the lower right are a human engineer in red and an Andorian scientist in blue. in the distant center are two humans one in red one in blue. In this image I tried making shadows, so everything had more believable depth. It's not perfect, but it was an attempt. Also, for the eagle eyed there is a SNW Nebula class starship in orbit barely visible in the upper right sky where there are no clouds.

Image as always human made by me. :)

I do however need to go up in the nacelle control rooms and recalibrate the new collectors to our systems as turning them on was a pain in the arse!

Engineer's log: Stardate 1231.6 Enterprise has received her new bussard ramscoops. They actually are more efficient much to my surprise! The captain had us fly through a deuterium-rich gas giant nearby to test them out and our tanks were full halfway through! Not bad!
A space scene:

The USS Enterprise (SNW version) is in space near the center of the picture. I tried editing a scene of the Enterprises bridge to be visible through the bridge window. I think it is from the season one finale. A blue gas giant is in the background in the upper left corner.

Mayday! Stardate: 6231.4 This is the Coridan merchant vessel Kalden calling for aid from any Coridanite or Federation Starship in range! Orion pirates have seized and boarded our ship. We have gathered the crew in the bridge and main Engineering. Casualties: No deaths reported, 7 injured.
A space scene:

In the center we have an alien cargo starship. It is brown in color with a crew section in the front of the ship. A line of cubical cargo containers lines the spine of the ship five on each side. There are four (two visible from this angle) warp nacelles on the aft of the ship. A green tractor beam grasps the starboard side of the ship originating from an Orion scout ship. The ship is a small but powerful craft with a distinctive aft warp ring and eight glowing orbs on rotating pylons.

Image made by me as always :)

Today, on the 20th day of Maktag in the year 113 the Klingon people launch this fleet of ships to fly to the point of light called Boreth. There our colonists will build a fortress to honor Kahless, the Unforgettable! We do this not because it is easy, but for the challenge! It is our honor!
A space scene:

Here we see Qo'noS and its moon Praxis. In orbit above the Klingon home world are 10 ancient Klingon starships, nine of which are pointed away from the camera ready to depart and one facing the camera staying in orbit to defend the planet. The ships are of the typical Klingon ship layout, but pointier and more decorative.

Security Chief's personal log: Stardate 2147.8 I have personally volunteered to take a workerbee out to the Klingon probe near Doctari Alpha I am the Stukh-wan's expert on cryptology I broke through enough Klingon code back in the war If I fail Captain V'Shol has been ordered to fire on the probe
A dark space scene:

In the left background is a Nebula class ship seen in "Strange New Worlds". In the center-right are two objects. The left one is a dark grey and spikey Klingon probe with red lights adorning it and a Klingon crest in the middle band connecting the two spikey halves. On the right is a yellow and grey version of the Starfleet Workerbee as seen in "Discovery". The workerbee has its mechanical claws on the probe beginning to work on taking it carefully apart.

Commander's log: Stardate... unknown This is a mayday to any ships in range! Our Shuttle hit a subspace eddy and we have crashed into the bogs of an M class planet along our route from the Lexington to Kazar. Please send rescue! Lexington, please respond...
A planetary scene. We see a moss-covered dirt hill jutting out of some green hued water under a green-blue sky. There are four standing trees in view, and one tree knocked over into the bog and on fire. Next to the fire is a 23rd century Class F shuttle (the Stamets type from Strange New Worlds). It is also a little on fire and half submerged into the bog water. The planet looks like it is a cloudless night at dusk. Three humans sit on the stage left of the scene by the water. The man in red and woman in gold are sitting. The man in blue is standing.

Our new captain, Gabriel Lorca, is not pleased that we are so far off from our intended destination. He has personally gone down to the engineering lab to talk with Lt. Stamets. Lorca is... an acquired taste. Many crew have already written to me about his command style.

Commander Saru's log: Stardate 1642.4 Discovery is in its shakedown cruise and has just made its first test of Lt. Stamets' spore drive. We did not end up where the navcom said we were supposed to be. The test destination was for Andoria and we are in an unknown nebula 47 light-years away.
A blueish space scene. The background while blue, is splotched with various other colors in this nebula. In the foreground is the Crossfield class USS Discovery NCC-1031.

Captain's Battle log: 19'th of Lo'Bral, 888 I, Kang, aboard the IKS Da'nal have discovered an ancient relic of our people's past! An old warship from back when our people first experimented with warp travel. This vessel is in a Lagrange point around Gor'chan IV. I wonder what fate the crew had?
A space scene:

We have in the bottom right a blue earth-like planet. above it and to the left are two moons. in the lower left of the picture is a Klingon D7 battlecruiser. between the D7 and the planet sits an old battered and rusted looking ancient Klingon ship from some time after the time of Kahless. The ship is in the typical Klingon ship shape of a head on a neck extruding out from a main body and warp nacelles on wings extending from the aft body. This ship has a number of decorative ridges. The design I made was inspired by Klignon ships from Discovery and Enterprise as a way to show where those design lineages come from.

Commander's log: Stardate 51691.1 After our runabout was downed on an M-class world near the front lines four days ago the IRW Praehhaes has arrived to return us back to the Repulse. The Romulans have also assisted with food and medicine. I am liking the viinerine, it reminds me a bit of couscous.
A beach scene:

We have sand near the shore on the left with green grass coming up behind it and stretching to the right. there are a few palm trees along the sand framing it on either side. There is also a forest of trees filling the right side of the image. In the center of the sand is an unlit campfire surrounded by Humans, Vulcans, and Andorians on one side and Romulans on the other. In the sky above the blue waters of the ocean is a green Romulan scout ship.

Image made by me: I hope the people models aren't too bad, this was a first for me.

The United Tamani Republic has allowed Starfleet to examine this oddity in their archeological record. I am curious to know if the Tamani's technology could be derived from ██████ Starfleet technology? Fascinating, I do wonder if this crew knew of ███████ and the █████████████████████?

Captain's Log @captainslog47.bsky.social · 03/08/2026
Many of the crew perished, but those that did survive tried to live remotely from the indigenous population. They copied their architecture and tried to blend in as best as possible. There are bones of species Starfleet has not even catalogued yet here. Some who seem to be hybrids.

Science officer's log: Stardate 4260.6 Enterprise has discovered evidence of a lost Starfleet crew on Taman III. Curiously, our scans show that the crew was from the ██'nd century. They seemed to have arrived about 5,847 years ago during this continent's last wet period.
A desert scene:
I know, not the usual space scene!
We have a dry rocky ground with a couple of Mountain peaks in the background. in the foreground are two walled fortresses of a village. Each contain a few houses, a well, and a tree. in the area in front of the forts is a fenced a closure, likely that of what used to be a farm. A single well sits in the middle of the farrow field lost to time. A small grove of dead trees still stands to the right of the field. to the left of the leftmost fort is a large graveyard. The graveyard contains 240 headstones. Two 23rd century Class F shuttles sit on either side of the site.

The full text of the log not redacted by the Department of Temporal Investigations reads: "Science officer's log: Stardate 4260.6

Mayday! Mayday! This is the last recorded log aboard the USS Cape Town. On Stardate 1039.3 the Klingon Empire has closed off the R'ongovian strait. A D7 has wrecked our ship and some of our cargo has been jettisoned. Our crew has evacuated the ship and are hoping for rescue. The Hood is in range...
A space scene:
We have a Federation freighter starship in the center of the picture. The USS Cape Town is surrounded by smoke and is covered in scorch marks. Two of its rear cargo pods are floating off the ship. One of the pods closest to the camera has a puncture hole. Various boxes and barrels are floating out in space. A shuttle is flying by over the saucer of the ship carrying away survivors of the ship. A Klingon D7 battlecruiser sits in the upper left of the picture and is firing on the Federation cargo ship. The lights on the Cape Town are off.

Captain's log: Stardate 1471.9 The Caravan, Antares, Cedar, Mogadishu, & Zephyr are establishing a new Federation colony on Khajiit III. Admiral Douglas is overseeing this new step in expanding the Federation. We estimate this project will take six months to set up the first colony town.
A space scene:

We are over an earth-like planet on the bottom of the image. Clouds stretch across the planet. Above the planet are five Starfleet freighter starships (Seen in the opening credits to SNW). There are two cargo pods detached. each one is being attended to by some Starfleet workerbees. There are also four shuttles assisting in these efforts. The planet has one moon above the planet in the top middle.

Lt. Vorik & Commander Tyler is analyzing the gravitic burst to see if it was in fact a natural occurrence or a mine laid by the Romulans to ensnare a Starfleet vessel. If this was a Romulan mine laid in Federation space, then I may be able to get our ship out of this quagmire.

Captain's log: Stardate 58091.2 The San Jose was hit by a gravitic burst and was sent hurtling across the Romulan Neutral Zone. three Romulan vessels decloaked and locked weapons on us. I am pleading with the fleet Commander our intentions were pure happenstance.
A space scene:
We have left of center a California class starship (The U.S.S. San Jose) like seen on "Star Trek: Lower Decks". There are two green Romulan scout ships to the San Jose's aft and one green Romulan science ship in front of the San Jose. Some sunlight reflects off of the lead Romulan vessel.

A space scene:
In the foreground in the lower left corner, we have the USS Enterprise (the version from SNW). in the middle ground are four Klingon warning buoys. In the background are two ships. the one on the right is the Kobayashi Maru with a small explosion on the starboard nacelle and surrounded by a cloud of smoke. on the left a little further back is a Klingon D7 warship with a red glow coming from its photon torpedo tube as it is ready to fire.

Captain's log: Stardate 2259.8 The Lexington and the Klingon warship Kor are laying down navigational buoys to demarcate the agreed upon boundaries of our respective states. The neutral zone between shall not be crossed by either side or it will be considered an act of war.
A space scene: In the foreground we see two sci-fi buoys. The left is a Federation buoy. It is silver, rounded, and with a blue glowing core between two oblong hemispheres. On top of the UFP buoy is a bronze dish on the top that is similar in look to a navigational deflector. The buoy on the right is one of Klingon design. It is a dark grey metal contraption of pokey bits creating a conical shape. red lights dot each cone top and bottom of the center structure holding them together. Each buoy has the logo of their respective nation. There are multiple of each buoy stretching back some distance. A Starfleet ship, the USS Lexington, is deploying the UFP's buoys. The IKS Kor is deploying the Klingon Empire's buoys.

So far, their Captain, Iritra Dozal, seems quite open to working with the Federation. She says her government is unlikely to join us at this time but would be more than happy to provide shore leave opportunities in their space. Doctor M'benga has taken some nurses to treat a plague meanwhile.

Captain's log: Stardate 2430.4 Ensign Uhura picked up a subspace carrier wave from an uncontacted species: The Icarites. They are warp capable and are from the other side of Federation space. They specialize in leisure, trade, and incredible feats of engineering. I am amazed with their ship!
A space scene: on the left we have the SNW USS Enterprise seen from the aft starboard side. on the right side in the background is an Icarite starship. It is twice the size of a constitution class, Golden colored with a saucer section that sits with the top of the saucer facing towards the Enterprise and four warp nacelles every 90 degrees radially. The warp nacelles are capped with a light blue glow. A small control bridge juts out from the center of the saucer.

Captain's log: Stardate 2264.8 The Eagle is in orbit of Beta Gamelan IV where our mission is to rescue the crew of the Parliament and clean up the crash site where her saucer went down. We have sent a compliment of shuttles to aid in transport and surveys of the site.
NOT a space scene, but instead a desert scene. The terrain is brownish orange and very dry. A large peak is in the far-left background, with a few peaks in closer range before that. A smoldering and blackened saucer section of a Constitution class is crashed on the right-hand slopes of the closer mountain range. On the right side are some mesas. There are three arch formations closer to frame. In the foreground are some desert trees and plants lining a dry riverbed. The sky is a blue grey. Dotted around the surface are four shuttlecrafts like the ones seen on "Star Trek: Strange New Worlds". Two other shuttles are airborne. the small dot in the upper right sky is the Nebula-class USS Eagle high up in a low orbit over the crash site.

Engineer's log: Stardate 1199.4 These bloody masochists in the Corps of Engineers want to take apart the Walker and completely refit her with all the new technologies being pioneered on the Constitution class! She'll practically be an entirely new ship!
A space scene: We're in orbit over Earth which is in the bottom left corner. Our moon is in the top right corner. The sun is shining behind the camera because IT. IS. BRIGHT! Between the Earth and moon in frame are four Federation style drydocks in orbit above the Earth. Three docks are occupied. The ships in the docks are as follows from left to right: empty, Nebula class (23rd century), Constitution class, and Walker class. Bright lights for illuminating the work sites shine in each of the drydocks.

A space scene: In the lower left corner is the Walker class USS Shenzhou. the Shenzhou is in high orbit over a desert planet. The planet is orange with white clouds and orange dust storms covering much of the surface, but there are glimpses of planetary bodies of water that can be seen beneath the atmosphere. To the upper right of the planet is its moon peeking out from behind the planet. behind the moon is the planetary system's star peeking out from behind the moon. A deep space scene. Here we have in the foreground the Anaya class USS Nebula. The Anaya class is one of my original designs. The ship consists of a ring-shaped saucer section with a bulkier forward end, a flat elongated underslung engineering section, a sensor and weapon pod above the aft of the saucer, and four detached nacelles (two above and two below the saucers' aft). It is greyed out more than usual due to the hull damage she's taken. blue electric tendrils engulf the hull of the ship leaving dark scorch marks in their wake. the space lightning is stretching out to the ship from a nebula-looking gas and energy cloud in the background.

Captain's log: Stardate 868247.3 Discovery has been undergoing repairs after our run in with some exceptionally bold pirates out near Venari Ral space a couple of days ago. The worst part is the Athena put out a distress call and we're too battered to respond. It pains me not to help, but we can't!
A space scene. Here we see the refit Crossfield class USS Discovery-A in a Starfleet drydock. The light from a few hexagonal lamps illuminates the battered hull of Discovery. In the background are two of each class of starships: the Friendship class, Intrepid class, and Saturn class.

Image of course made by me. :)

Nurse's log: Stardate 58942.1 Lieutenant's Tendi and T'Lyn are assisting me in figuring out what is wrong with Dr. T'Ana. Lt. Shax came to me concerned about her because she has not cussed at all in the last 72 hours. It's highly unusual for her. I would know, I helped her update the pain charts!
A deep space scene. The California class USS Cerritos is dropping out of warp. blue streaks of light emanate from the warp nacelles back to the point where the ship went sub-light indicated by a bright white flash of light.

Like most of my recent posts, this image was made by me! :)

The older models were made of a holodeck and exterior holoprojectors. The original ships were both lost long before the burn and any Cali-classes that did remain were scavenged by couriers, pirates, and others. Historians and engineers have worked to recreate the ships how they were inside and out.

Councilor's Personal log: Stardate 897343.7 The Los Angeles has arrived to take part in a limited time history exhibition around Athan Prime to showcase the history of one the biggest workhorses of the fleet - the Cali class! It's nice to have this kind of attention. The crew needed this limelight!
A space scene.
Displayed are three models of the California class that I have made forming a circle. From left to right is the 23'rd century USS Chumash NCC-596, the 24'th century USS Cerritos NCC-75567, and the 33'rd century USS Los Angeles NCC-3072901.

Captain's log: 28th of Jo'vos, 886 It is a grave misfortune to discover that the IKS Vi'chak has received an infection of Gorn eggs aboard the ship. The Skral will be giving the warriors aboard an honorable death and so we shall scuttle the Vi'chak. Sto'vo'kor shall hear the roar of warriors today!
A deep space scene. Here we see two Klingon D7 battlecruisers, one in the upper left (IKS Skral) is firing off a salvo of photon torpedoes at the ship on the right hand side of the image (IKS Vi'chak). This one on the right has multiple explanations occurring across the ship as it is being destroyed.

After all Rule of Acquisition #102 says "Nature decays, but latinum lasts forever." and Nature is decaying due to this... utterly terrifying device from this unknown people. It's risky, but Rule #62 says "The riskier the road, the greater the profit!"

us in regard to this DMA. There are so many ways to make latinum! Mining rubble for rare materials in the churned-up space, ferrying refugees and finding places to resettle them (for a price obviously).
