2026. I will draw, even if it’s bad. I will draw, even if it’s challenging. I will draw, even if it’s been done before. I will draw, even if it’s imperfect. I will draw, even if someone else is better. I will draw, even if I have much to learn. I will draw because it’s fun. Because I’m human.

Hey frens! I realize in my HUBRIS that I shot myself in the foot a bit yesterday by making that ZZZ render so close to the pull screen in game that many of you possibly thought it was a screenshot from the game, but it wasn't! Just in case, have these as proof! 😆 Teehee 🥺👉👈 #zzz #3dart #render

I realize that I've shot myself in the foot a little by making this so close to in game in aesthetic, but in case people were confused, this is 100% Posed, rendered, and setup by me, this is not an in game screenshot LOL

The new project goes slow but well, friends.. but as I've said before.. It's gonna take a bit on this one! :D To give context, it's roughly 7 Shots, at least 8 directly on screen characters, like.. 10 background characters AT LEAST, and about... 1700 - 2000 frames of animation! (continued below!)

I love when on the week I plan to do reference work for the new animation, I somehow bruise my coccyx (Tailbone) so bad that I can barely stand without sharp pain. Maaan..😭

Light Captain Faelen @captainfaelen.bsky.social · 22/09/2025

Just a little teaser for you guys, the new animation is currently in PRE-PRODUCTION, meaning I'm working on building assets and rigs that i'll need. The new animation will take longer than others cause it's longer than my usual, but I share far more in discord than here if you wanna hang there! :D

Light Captain Faelen @captainfaelen.bsky.social · 15/09/2025

Remember the discord exists if you guys wanna keep an even closer eye on the stuff I'm doing, make suggestions for me, talk to other artists, or see WIPs of my animations early! ;)

After doing a lot of reference work and shot planning for the Orc Anim, I've decided to push it back to a later date, It requires more work than expected. But, I've decided to do a piece I've wanted to do with Faelen for a while, an emotional one! So I'm starting that today!😁

The battle for Argus continues, as the Grand Army of the Light fights a bloody war for every inch of corrupted soil they take. The Light Captain stands forward of her legions formation, leading the 8th Brightlance unto the fires of Antorus. There shall be No surrender, No retreat, no defeat.

To all my Zandalari troll frens, question for you! What would you say is the biggest threat to the Zandalari people outside of the Alliance? Is there a threat on their own island that is genuinely a problem for them that isn't "Da alliance"! I might do art of them fending it off in the future >:)

THANK YOU, THATS WHAT I SAID WHEN I REALIZED IT NEEDED IT. I also made the decision to make a specialized end card like this for every animation I do going forward, one that matches the vibe of the main character in the piece, plus a title :DDDDDDDDDDD
