Hahahaha! I don’t do well with gluten. Double the garlic and ginger, add some hot sauce, pour over the pressed and cubed tofu that’s been dredged in corn starch and fried. Green onions, basil if you have it, sesame seeds (but peanuts would work)

I'm THRILLED to be conducting (I'm a licensed officiant still, but retired) and hosting a friend's wedding on Cafe de Backporcha. They'll say their vows under the grape vines with a few close friends in attendance. I've had to warn one of the grooms: Dude, you HAVE to WEAR CLOTHES!!
