He looked to be under 30 with a new haircut, a narrow build with a somewhat tall face, thick brows, dark hair, and was wearing a collared white shirt and a brown blazer with matching pants (a 2 piece suit? idk). His eyes and cheekbones looked shadowed, if not a little sunken. He was walking up to the tracks from the treeline. I only saw him for a second before he clipped out of existence but got a strong look at him.
