I will say full respect to this one agent for being patient with me when my disabilities acted up and I had to lay down with the heating pad. No judgement towards me for it just let me go rest and waited for my reply kindly. So theres one really good agent in upper-support.

I'm trying sending a video with a 360 view of the entire phone and focus very intently on every angle of the crack to see if thats enough if I cant get the audio because the creak rarely happens now and is quieter than it used to be. But I may be shit outta luck here.

I would have had to record it BEFORE the crack. And who the fuck records random noises they hear? There was 0 indication it was going to turn to damage so I just left it alone and shrugged off the noise. Then woke up one day to hearing the creak loud one last time and a small snap noise.

That should be enough to get something done about it. I shouldn't have to sit here trying to get my phone to do something it was very loud and "verbal" about BEFORE the crack because IT PROBABLY WAS THE SOUND OF THE PRESSURE THAT CRACKED IT. and cracking likely released some pressure ffs

Having support solely rely on a sound and not your own Tech partners diagnosis, or having alternate paths for proof is just absolutely insane. The chasis is pristine, the rest of the glass is pristine, the crack follows the patterns of a stress crack which is internal. The teach said its a defect

The only way I can get it to do it frequently so I can try to catch it would be take the protector off (money loss AGAIN if I do that) and that leaves it exposed to harm. Because the screen protector is what is stopping it from getting worse.

get it in writing that its defective and go back to support. It would cost me my money and health a second time but atleast thats something i COULD do. Theres nothing I can do if no device will pick up the creaking especially since I have to camp at my phone and wait for it to do it again.

This is higher support like really high up by the way. They asked for account access, they asked for the invoice, I have been sending whats required. But they wontt do anything unless I can capture the audio. I would rather at this rate be told to go backto the mobile klinik

originating from the wifi point which is not normal for user damage but IS normal for internal stress pressure from a DEFECT. But they want creaking audio I literally cannot provide because my phone rarely does it now and nothing in the house can pick it up when it does.

Still quite the run around. Everything was going fine then they asked for video of the creaking. Despite the fact all the creaking was happening before the crack, The tech himself called it a defect that it wasn't user error, and I've given photos of close ups of the crack to show its

Volume vibe WILL NOT kick in unless you click it on your extensions bar first every time you go to a site. Make sure to always click the extension to make it apply your preset BEFORE playing any audio.

Try Volume Vibe its what works ish for me. You set it per page basically. So if you have 3 straw pages you go to and all have music embeds. You have to set it for each address. by saving preset after adjusting .From then on any visit to those addresses should have the volume. !!IMPORTANT NOTE!!

So I had to search around for days for a solution that could bandaid fix it. If you have embed audio issues for soundcloud who refused to respond that had the same problem across numerous sites. Or for spotify.

Then the escalation team had me send video with audio of the issue despite numerous warnings that it was excessively painfully loud in my browser. Then brushed me off with some copy pasted script telling me to go make a suggestion closing my ticket not solving anything.

In other news on companies failing consumers: Spotify support also ran me in circles for over a week on troubleshooting an issue effecting embeds for numerous people myself included which is with volume issues. Before handing me off to an escalation team.

You can almost entirely degoogle, the only thing you may have left is the phone itself (maybe youtube if you cant deal with days where you cant access any youtube bc of newpipe and such working on fixes to get running again) and maybe gmail if like me you cant get another email elsewhere

Want to use youtube without giving them tracking data because you want to degoogle as much as you can? Newpipe for android, and freetube for PC. Theres also a lot of open source web programs like invidious and piped. Fair warning youtube constantly fights these so you will often have issues.

For Emails: Protonmail is encrypted I personally cannot use it because the protonmail I had before that was attached to my email out of no where was deleted and they won't let me make a new account anymore period. All that email did was sit only receiving emails not sending any.

Google lost all trust I had in them after this and I feel sick to my stomach having to continue using gmail but everything is attached to it and everywhere else either wont service here, or has too many limits for free accounts I have no other choice. I feel betrayed and stepped on.

There's no accountability, there is no repreations made for what I was put through. Everything was always framed as it was my ONLY OPTION with every agent I went through. So I followed INSTRUCTIONS because I was working with support to fix my issue. That is not on me.

Fifth agent tells me its not covered tells me to go pay out of pocket to fix it and cancel RMA. Calls it a "misunderstanding". It is NOT a misunderstanding to be put through hell and lose money because of following your support agents directions and trusting the information I was fed.

She tells me to send my phone in for replacement and starts the RMA. Reminder: I have taken financial losses, had my disability flare up, was in severe pain, all following THEIR instructions up to this point. a week passes I return to support because my leg is still messed up. I can see my warranty will run out of time if I keep waiting to get better so I contact them. I get a third support agent who once more tells me its COVERED UNDER WARRANTY after looking into it all.

Second agent talks to me. I show her the picture again I'm told "its covered under warranty you ARE covered the screen can be repaired under warranty" So I talk to her about my options she says if I can't get up to the mobile klinik or they refuse again to come back to support and they'll help.

Tech wouldnt even LOOK at any of it not even the IMEI papers. I told him everything explained the situation, pointed out the crack which was clearly visible UNDER my screen protector. Explained what was all in the papers. I have extreme anxiety this was hard for me to do and I was close to an attack

mobile klinik tech gets told everything I have my IMEI, My invoice, multiple papers to show proof it was mine I owned it, it was a gift, and the crack was discussed in baffled bewilderment with my friend long before contacting google to show hey I aint lying about this. It was 6 printed papers.
