🏀Fener is crashing all teams, no differences. 🏀Red Star is the only team in the bottom-10 groups to have won 3 games against top-8 teams. Quite the opposite, they only won 2 games against bottom-10 teams.

🏀Bayern and Paris have won 4 games each against the top 8 teams (out of 6 and 5 games respectively). Paris is also averaging a better NET RTG against stronger teams (7.2 vs 2.7).

🏀Monaco has lost all 3 games against the top 8 teams and, in those games, has averaged an OFF RTG lower than 100 (98.2). There's a huge difference with the OFF RTG against the bottom 10 teams (124.8).

🏀Zalgiris has already played seven games against the top eight teams. Indeed, they have the highest SoS so far. The major difference for them is the OFF RTG: against the top 8 teams OFF RTG is 101.8, while it is 117.2 against the bottom 10.

📈| #Euroleague | TEAMS AGAINST TOP-8 / BOTTOM-10 I took the 18 teams and divided them into two groups: teams with a W% greater than or equal to 60% (top-8) and teams with a W% lower than 60% (bottom-10). Then, I calculated GP, wins, losses, and ratings. Here what jumped out:

A final note: lineups should be analyzed after at least 100 possessions played. In the Euroleague, coaches tend to rotate quite a lot their players so it is hard to have a lineup with such possessions played after only 11 games. In any case, we have found some good insights.

🏀The worst offense goes to Fener (80.6 OFF RTG in 31 possessions); in the top 20, this desired award goes to Baskonia (87.7). Partizan has the lineup with the worst DEF RTG (143.2 in 38 possessions); in the top 20, the worst defense goes to Olympiacos (137.2, crazy to think about).

🏀Pana has the strongest offensive lineup: 151 OFF RTG in 51 possessions. MTA has instead the best DEF RTG, 85.7. However, they played together only 35 possessions. If we take into account only the first 20, the best DEF RTG is owned by Paris (95.2).

🏀Efes, Oly, Fener, and Zalgiris have their most used lineup with a negative NET RTG while having at the same time a positive team NET RTG. I mean, it's so strange to see Oly's most-used lineup with -19.8 NET RTG while their NET RTG is 9.1.

🏀Paris is also the only team with a lineup with >100 minutes played and five (FIVE) lineups in the first 20. Splitter and his coaching staff have clear ideas of the rotations!

🏀Paris and Bayern, the two surprises, have the first and second most-used lineups in the league. This is not random: it means they have immediately found their chemistry. Plus, they didn't have major injuries (which helps a lot LOL). Both lineups have positive NET RTG!
