Khevan is partially nonverbal and tends to go mute when he's overwhelmed. C'vahn learned a few variations of sign language, both for covert communication and to understand Khevan in their early years together. Kalendor's boyfriend is mute, so he learned sign language to ask him out. #VahnLore
