cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 07/08/2026It's funny, I'm in Seattle and there's a GDQ going on rn. Wearing the '22 volunteer shirt. I can't attend PAX West but slightly comforting it's going on not that far away 000
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 05/08/2026It was a bathroom in the production area of a brewery I was at. I imagine the smell would be bad for those working 010
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 05/08/2026On a cruise going by Alaska! Here are some pictures from Juneau, Skagway, and the Dawes Glacier! Taken with Fujifilm X-T30 with a Super EBC XC 15-45 mm standard lens! 220
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 04/08/2026Got a lot of good pictures of glaciers with my Fujifilm X-T30. I really need a better lens tho. Photo friends - suggestions? 010
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 19/07/2026It was cool to get to know ya a bit! If I'm ever in your area, I'll send a DM! 010
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 18/07/2026Yesterday, I completed another orbit around the sun. Spent the day with family and friends. We brought everything inside because the air was bad and it decided to storm as it was time to eat. I am so lucky to have the friends and family I do. I know not many can say that. Thankful for you all!! 370
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 15/07/2026Tbh I noticed and I felt reaaaaally bad. I know that feeling 000
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 12/07/2026Zoku, you always make me feel welcome and I genuinely look forward to seeing you every event 010
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 12/07/2026Well. That's a wrap for SGDQ 2026. I am always struck with awe at what good we can accomplish together. The myriad of people looking at something and saying "we can do good" is an unstoppable force. Until next time, GDQ! #SGDQ2026 180
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 09/07/2026It sure shocked me! I was wondering who it was that was on stage 010
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 06/07/2026If you're at SGDQ '26 and want to hang out, I'm generally open! 020
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 11/01/2026I don't think I've ever consumed this much malort in my life 031
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 11/01/2026I didn't post much during #AGDQ2026 but that was because I was having so much fun. Thanks for all the laughs, and until next time, see y'all later 170
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 05/01/2026You know what you're right. It isn't about raising money for charity. I stand corrected. 100
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 05/01/2026Tell me you have no idea what a charity is for without telling me in those exact words 100
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 15/07/2025While I understand the logic, and can appreciate it, I think it's okay for GDQ to put some warning on since they do that for other things. I was mostly pushing back on the sentiment that GDQ doesn't care. It doesn't hurt to have a reminder. 000
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 14/07/2025I did not discount that. I'm saying that GDQ will likely do better in the future and acting as though GDQ doesn't care is a ridiculous notion. 000
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 14/07/2025All right, fine! I believe you, but in the same breath I never discounted the need to accommodate people's needs. I'm saying that at this time calling GDQ a "shit show" or lobbing accusations that they don't try their best to accomodate at all is in bad faith and frankly wrong. Have a nice day! 010
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 14/07/2025Streaming from another part of the venue with mostly volunteer support. I think more understanding is warranted. However, your feelings on this are valid. I just object to your judgement of what they could have done in that moment based on all circumstances 010
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 14/07/2025And I understand that, but I'm not going to play the quote game, however it certainly seems based on tweets from your real account that you were not giving any benefit of the doubt. This was the very first time they streamed a concert, using other equipment. 330
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 14/07/2025But to be antagonistic and generally a "GDQ is the worst" over an oversight (which tbh concert is going to have flashing lights) I think is overreacting a bit. Now you're probably going to be pissed anyway, but this reply isn't just for you which is why I am breaking my personal rule to reply. 130
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 14/07/2025I think it was an oversight, but maybe having a bit of forbearance goes a long way. I'm certain that these things will be considered in the future. It sucks, I know, that in the moment there wasn't a warning, but it was the first time this was ever done. I know you suffered a bit, and that's bad. 130
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 13/07/2025I always enjoy seeing you! I have heard it said that you are the best. Now I'm not saying that to you, I'm just telling you that's what I heard and I agree with it!!!!!! 000
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 13/07/2025And that's a wrap for SGDQ 2025. Once again, it was a blast to volunteer and join together for a great cause. People are good. Games are good. Uniting together to do more good, even better. 070
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 12/07/2025So this year, at #SGDQ 2025, @themegas.bsky.social will be putting on a concert! I'm part of a MUSH (online text roleplaying "tabletop" game) based on Mega Man. I heard of them when they first came out and a lot of their lyrics are super cool. They are super chill, and they let me be in a picture! 140
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 28/01/2025Haven't really posted here. Streaming some Ori Rando www.twitch.tv/cannonswifttwitch.tvcannonswift - TwitchOri Rando Force Trees. Hopefully no Water Vein in Horu. 000
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 12/01/2025I thought of you during that set tbh. Missed seeing you! 110
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 12/01/2025AGDQ 2025 was such a blast. I met so many more people, and I was able to join more communities. Also. I PB'd in Ori Rando by about 20min after a year and a half of not playing. Feeling pretty proud of it and looking forward to getting more involved in that. #AGDQ2025 240
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 22/10/2024This app makes me much happier than the treasure map app. 020
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 20/10/2024And we're now here on Butterfly App. Good morning. Or afternoon. Generally involved with speedrunning community. Sometimes thoughts are shared 030
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 20/01/2024Thank you for your passion and your honesty! It's infectious! 010
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 18/01/2024So, apparently there is an Italian speedrunning community over here. And there is an event in April when I can go. And I can submit an ALTTPR speedrun. I'm very tempted to do so!!! 120
cannonswift @cannonswift.bsky.social · 21/12/2023Well. Looks like Twitter has finally been vaporized into the Ether. 020
