It's too late. Spending more would only cause more loss of life. Ukraine has already lost more troops than the US in WW2. They no longer have the men needed to push Russia out. Ukraine is bleeding out, no deal can get Russia to pull out. But a deal can be made to END IT but Z won't have it.

Um, Bill Clinton did the same thing. I was stationed in Panama from 1992-1994, it was called Operation Safe Haven. The camps were built on the Empire Range complex. We held thousands of Cuban Refugees, in tents within a Chain link and barbed wire topped perimeter fence.
