As of Nov 12 #KPQR's (NWS Portland) weather radar is down without an ETA on repair. The Service had mentioned in the past months that they were replacing panels due to them being used as targets by shooters... I don't think that this shutdown is related. #pdxtst #ORwx #WaWX #nws
